The mixing spoon is made of cherry wood and then oiled, making every spoon’s grain unique. The flat handle fits well in the hand. *Be sure not to soak your Petromax spoon in water for long periods, but rather thoroughly clean it with warm water and cleaning powder. If oiling diminishes due to use and cleaning, you can rub in hot, flavorless vegetable oil.
